Topic created by Orienteer7 on Sat Mar 9, 2019 at 9:04 pmDVOA and East Bradford Township combined efforts to put on a great beginner event today a Harmony Hill.Thank yous to Eric Eddy for making the map there and design of the beginner course. A very "Special Thank You" to Eric Weyman for setting the controls early and helping individuals navigate through the morning course. Mary & Rob for setup, parking and training along with cleanup. Because of the numbers we ran two intro programs...10am and 12:30. We had 70 particpants in total including two new members from Nolde that brought members of their family to try it today. Thanks also to Rich Pfifer from East Bardford Township for advertsing the event and with 50+ chairs for the outdoor eduction program before the event. Two groups joined the club and the scouts that showed up got information on the upcoming S-MASOC in May. Great day in the woods!Mark Frank
