Delaware Valley Orienteering Association

It looked like it was going to be an awful day at 7:00 in the morning, but in the end, it was only Bob and I that got wet, setting things up. Bob's tarp tent worked great when it was needed. Some folks didn't show, that were regestered, but there was still a nice turnout, including some folks from QOC land.

This was our first event at Marsh Creek State Park. It's a big, fun park, but unfortunately the woods are very dark  green, save for a few scattered more open areas. The west side boat launch area, has some potential for sprints and teaching though, so maybe we'll figure out a way to make that happen, as the DCNR folks were very accomodating.
