Middle-distance courses on a brand new map! Plus a sprint through the scout camp.

All advanced courses and Orange will be on a 1:7500 map; White and Yellow on 1:5000.

The terrain is rocky, so please be careful. Areas that are mapped as rocky will definitely be rocky, and trails going through rocky areas are rocky as well. So take that into consideration when planning your route.

The park is very hilly, so the courses have a lot of climb and will be quite physical for their length, especially Red and Orange.

The sprint is on 1:3000, it's a fun run through the busy scout camp. Note that there are lots of various structures in the camp, and those with a roof are mapped as buildings. Roofless things (e.g. tent platforms) are unmapped.

The park has some huge cliffs (and technical rock climbing), so please stay away from them. There will be no controls on big cliffs or route choices through them. if your control is on a cliff, it's a small tame and friendly cliff. Stay away from the big cliffs, or come back for them another day with your climbing gear.

Starts for regular courses are the usual 10am-1pm.

    Sprints: Noon-2pm starts

Control pickup will begin at 3PM.
