Registration will close at 11 pm on Thursday June 2.
10am -11 am starts. Control pickup will begin at 12:00PM
$10 for one sprint, $15 for two sprints, and $20 for two sprints with a rental "Air" chip for faster punching.
Juniors can do two courses with an Air rental for just $10!
Bring water & snacks for between/after your courses.
If you are going out as a group (staying together and only using one timing chip), only one person needs to register and you only pay one fee. While registering you will record the names of your teammates and have an opportunity to buy maps for them at only $2 each! -
Reply by Orienteer7 on Thu May 19, 2022 at 5:06 pmPlease note that although the Summer Saturday Morning events are shown as the "Sprint Series" these can also be considered as "Short Course" events for those who do not jog or run...these events are just as much fun but pack lots of controls into a shorter course.

The DVOA Summer Sprint Series will be scored differently than the regular rankings* - it’s about more than just about running & navigation speed - you earn points for participation, bringing others and volunteering!
- 10 Points for each Sprint you finish.
- 1 Point for each person you finish ahead of
- (bring your new-to-orienteering friends - earn more points ;)
- Event Directing or Course Setting?
- Earn a match of the maximum points of any finisher in the race.
