** Safety Plan - National Event - Spring 2020

Topic created by Orienteer7 on Sun Oct 6, 2019 at 1:32 pmI have completed the sanctioning forms for the Big Woods Orienteering National Event March 21st & 22nd, 2020.Day 1 of the event will be on the French Creek North map with Glen Tryson as the course setter and Day 2 will be on the new Coventry Woods map with Petr Hrtman as the course setter. Eric Weyman is the course consultant and Kathy Moss is the registrar. Verbal permission has been granted by both parks with formal written permission coming to Mary Frank.The final form request requires the submission of a safety plan. There is a sample on the OUSA web site but can someone who has submitted to OUSA the sanctioning forms for past DVOA National events please send me a previous submission so I don't have to recreate the wheel. It would be great to get it in Word format if possible. Please send it to me at orienteer7 at aol dot com. This is the only piece of information missing before I submit.Mark Frank
