I have been responsible for many years for kit #1.  With the development of epunch kits the kit has not been used for several years.  I plan to keep some parts of the kit for teaching and orienteering development purposes but that leaves much that might be useful to others.  I will take kit #1 to the summer meeting.  I am open to any suggestions on how to disperse the kit.

Turn Kit #1 over to Ron "Kit Keeper" Bortz. Out of your garage into his.

Just before we went to the red/blue e-kits I adopted the POC kit and renamed it kit 6. Since we did go electronic, I have been using three to four times a year for educational events. Several of the people in the Lehigh Valley have called me to borrow parts of the kit for the same purpose. I also built my own PVC stands, which do not accept the e-boxes, but since I am doing pin punch it does not matter.
Net result, I would slim the kit down to the educational parts and turn the rest in to Ron, who will use it to upgrade and replace what is needed in the main kits.

Ditto on Steve's post. I am planning on getting to Crow's Nest July 7. If the items you do not need make it there either by you bringing them or by handing off to someone at the picnic that can get the stuff to Crow's Nest I should be able to take it from there.

Since I am not making it to many events right now if anyone has any other kit needs you are not sure I know about drop me a note so I can take care of your needs/requests at Crow's Nest either through direct contact with you or tranfer to you by another person.

Thanks Ron.  I am intending to save part of the kit for future educational/training events.  See you at Crow's Nest.
