The Sky was completely Sunny, the Ducks and Herons were cheering on the DVOA and public and Scout entrants, whom started over the Green Lane mid Dam and footbridge, the weather a beautiful 72 degrees, the maps were challenging and the O runs were Home Runs in My opinion. I hope all O meets see fall weather and comfortable conditions for runs, every future weekend.  Kudos to Kathy Urban and her worker Bees.  Well Done, I tip my DVOA cap to all members and meet helpers present

Oh and so the course setter dosn't think he was forgotten, IMO they were Well designed courses, at least in the brown course the first 5 Controls were in terrain from Venus, and the rest 6 thru 11 were from Mars, in a way that the latter controls were much more technical (more obscuring foilage) or branch deadfall.  Good use of the mapped terrain.  loved my course.

Thank You to everyone for a wonderful day.  Yes. the weather was perfect ,  the courses were fun and a challenge . I got a chance to see lots of the park, and as a person who does not care about how fast i go,  I had a chance to see lots of flowers and a deer!

Yes indeed it was a wonderful day!  Great contrast between being in fields and the rocks (oh my, the rocks!)
